It was threatening rain all morning and the forecast called for 40% chance of thunderstorms. We went ahead with the party for all our rescued Airedales and friend and lucked out with a perfect day!
Sid just loves Grandpa's tire swing. She can play on it forever. The people pushing her have to rotate through or else we would get motion sick! It was a great drive up albeit long. The motorhome is good at a steady 90km and then we had to add in the Sidney "I gotta peeeeee" stops. She is getting to be a "side of the road" trooper!
Grandpa put Siddy down for her afternoon nap. She loves her new Dora bed but still asks about her crate. (she means her playpen and those are her choice of words not mine!!!!!!)
Ken and I played our first ever game of Hillbilly Golf. What a riot! Of course we fit right in, with our mobile home and everlasting supply of cold ones!
It was a terrific weekend filled with good company, incredible food (as always!!) and lots of laughs. Sid slept most of the trip home and thankfully so did Bo, her new singing frog.
